Upgrading the existing sewage treatment plant with a new headworks building that has an underground tank and can hold up to 4000 m3 of live sewer
Upgrading the existing pump station and installing new pumps that can take on heavier sewage flow rates.
This comes as the City of Clarence-Rockland is one of the fast growing municipalities in eastern Ontario.
