Safety is our first Core Value. As such, Safety Training is of the utmost importance at Louis W. Bray Construction. We want to ensure that our crews are always up to date and knowledgeable on all safe work practices.  

The training programs of Stephen Covey and the Franklin Covey Foundation have become the backbone of our training program at Bray. The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People lays the groundwork to for ongoing training. All staff are trained using this methodology. 

Once the foundation is laid with the 7 Habits, we reinforce with the Speed of Trust. This continues to grow foundation of Building People - Building Infrastructure and Our Niche of Building Relationships. Trust remains the key building blocks in lasting relationships.
